Do you attend viewings?

Attendance is not included in the core Pack. If you would like us on site, book the on-site visit add-on (AED 900).

How fast is the process?

We contact you within twenty-four hours to schedule the discovery call. The Market Focus Map + Five Property Shortlist are delivered within three to five business days.

I already have an agent. Is this still useful?

Yes. We are independent advisors, we don’t sell listings or take commissions. We help you prioritize areas, assess value, and enter viewings and negotiations with a clear strategy while your licensed agent handles access and paperwork.

Will you negotiate on my behalf?

No. We do not represent buyers or sellers. We equip you (and your agent) with negotiation levers, comparable anchors, price ranges, angles and questions, so you can negotiate confidently.

What if my budget or brief changes?

Minor refinements are handled in the post-viewing debrief. A new direction or a second pass is billed as an Extended Shortlist (five additional properties).

Is the fee refundable?

The fixed fee becomes due after the discovery call and is non-refundable once research begins, as it covers analysis and deliverables produced specifically for you.

What happens during the Discovery Call?

The Discovery Call is complimentary and allows us to understand your lifestyle, needs, and expectations before moving forward. It’s a first conversation to align on your vision, your space, and the way Studio Calcaire can best support your project.

Do you offer on-site appointments?

Yes. Following the Discovery Call, an on-site visit can be arranged to study your space in person and refine our recommendations.This add-on is available for AED 1,000, and the full amount is deducted from your project fee if a design contract is signed.

How does the design process start?

After the Discovery Call and on-site visit (if applicable), a 10% deposit of the total project value is required to initiate the concept phase.This confirms your spot in our calendar and launches the creative and technical work that defines your project’s identity.

How long does an interior design project
usually take?

Every project has its own rhythm. On average, you can expect three to six months from concept to handover for a classic project. Exceptional or large-scale renovations may require additional time, depending on craftsmanship and bespoke production schedules.

Do you collaborate with external contractors?

Yes. We work exclusively with highly skilled partners and artisans, both local and international, who share our exacting standards of excellence.Studio Calcaire achieves exceptional quality and flawless finishes thanks to a network of trusted professionals who bring precision and artistry to every project.

Do you accept international projects?

Absolutely. Studio Calcaire works worldwide, combining remote design presentations with on-site supervision when required.Our structured process allows seamless coordination with suppliers, contractors, and clients across time zones, ensuring the same level of detail and excellence, wherever your project is.

Can I book only part of the design service?

Our approach is holistic, from concept to handover. However, we occasionally accept partial collaborations when the project scope is clearly defined and aligns with our standards of execution. Each enquiry is reviewed individually to ensure coherence and quality at every stage.
